Note : Option to apply discount code will come during the checkout process, after entering your name and shipping details. 

In case the product does not fit you/or you don’t like it, you can ship it to us within 14 days and we can either send you a new product or give you a credit note for the same amount (it takes 3-4 days to issue a credit note after we receive the product) 

 

Either you will have to courier it to us at the address mentioned below, or you can initiate a reverse pick up through our panel (charges 200/-) Once we receive the pair, we'll ship the size you want at our expense :)️

ORDER CANCELLATION 
Bombay Brown reserves the right, at our sole discretion, for order cancellation at its end for any reason. The customer should agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE
We have no refund policy. We will not provide any cash/monetary refund on any product. To compensate we will issue a Credit note (excluding the shipping cost 100/- ) which can be redeemed whenever you wish and shop with us next time.
This credit note will be exclusive to you and valid for 6 months. Credit notes are issued within 24-48 hours from receiving the product back. 
Please note that the amount of purchase should be same or higher to redeem the credit note. 
 
HOW TO REDEEM CREDIT NOTE
Credit notes can be redeemed on our website www.bombaybrown.in during checkout .
On the checkout page, kindly use the Credit note code  in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click APPLY. The Discount being exclusive to you will immediately be reflected & the discount amount provided in the credit note will be deducted in total.
Kindly reach us at our Customer care on 9873889595 for any issue in using your credit note code.
Please note a credit note can be used only once.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
1) The product needs to be in unused condition with all the tags and accessories attached to it. 
2) Damaged and soiled products sent to us will not be accepted for exchange and returned back to the customer.
3) Customised products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
4) Products brought under Clearance sale will not be eligible for return/exchange. 5) All the orders are confirmed before dispatching. We won’t be able to take returns for size 43 and 44 as those are made on order and as per the requirements only 
RETURN POLICY
In case a product doesn't fit you comfortably, We would be happy to exchange the same within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. You can exchange it with a different size or you can ask for a Credit note instead. POINTS TO NOTE:
  • All footwear at Bombay Brown is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
  • Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag that we provide along with every purchase.
  • Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
  • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
  • In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery.
 

We, at Bombay Brown specialise in customising footwear. Here are a few examples of the questions that we get from our customers : 

- I have a broad feet (size 38) , but length is as per size 37. Would you be able to do it?

- I need a big size. Do you have 44? Or my size is 34, or 21 cm. Do you have that smallest size?? 

- I like this design but I want it in flats with some extra cushioning! Would you be able to do it?

- I like this design but I want a platform heel in the same. Would you be able to add it? 

- I like the footwear, but can I get a block heel instead of this platform heel?

- I want flats, but is it possible to add a thumb separation in it? I find it more comfortable that ways. Can you do it?

We get a lot of such requests and the answer to all of the above is YES! All kinds are customisations are free except adding heels to any flats (Charges are INR 300/-)
