In case the product does not fit you/or you don’t like it, you can ship it to us within 14 days and we can either send you a new product or give you a credit note for the same amount (it takes 3-4 days to issue a credit note after we receive the product)

Bombay Brown reserves the right, at our sole discretion, for order cancellation at its end for any reason. The customer should agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
We have no refund policy. We will not provide any cash/monetary refund on any product. To compensate we will issue a Credit note (excluding the shipping cost 100/- ) which can be redeemed whenever you wish and shop with us next time.
This credit note will be exclusive to you and valid for 6 months. Credit notes are issued within 24-48 hours from receiving the product back.
Please note that the amount of purchase should be same or higher to redeem the credit note.
HOW TO REDEEM CREDIT NOTE
On the checkout page, kindly use the Credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click APPLY. The Discount being exclusive to you will immediately be reflected & the discount amount provided in the credit note will be deducted in total.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
1) The product needs to be in unused condition with all the tags and accessories attached to it.
2) Damaged and soiled products sent to us will not be accepted for exchange and returned back to the customer.
3) Customised products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
4) Products brought under Clearance sale will not be eligible for return/exchange. 5) All the orders are confirmed before dispatching. We won’t be able to take returns for size 43 and 44 as those are made on order and as per the requirements only

POINTS TO NOTE:
- All footwear at Bombay Brown is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
- Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag that we provide along with every purchase.
- Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
- Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
- In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery.
