Exchange and Return


In case the product does not fit you/or you don’t like it, you can ship it to us within 14 days and we can either send you a new product or give you a credit note for the same amount.
Either you will have to courier it to us at the address mentioned below, or you can initiate a reverse pick up through our panel (charges 200/-)

Once we receive the pair, we'll ship the size you want at our expense :)️

Once the product reaches us (which takes 10 working days), we will dispatch the size requested, or issue a credit note (whatever you'd like to opt for)

Bombay Brown reserves the right, at our sole discretion, for order cancellation at its end for any reason.
The customer should agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
We have no refund policy. We will not provide any cash/monetary refund on any product.
To compensate we will issue a Credit note, which can be redeemed whenever you wish and shop with us next time. This credit note will be exclusive to you and valid for lifetime. Credit notes are issued within a day of receiving the product back.
Credit notes can be redeemed on our website during checkout .
On the checkout page, kindly use the Credit note code  in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click APPLY. The Discount being exclusive to you will immediately be reflected & the discount amount provided in the credit note will be deducted in total.

1) The product needs to be in unused condition with all the tags and accessories attached to it. 
2) Damaged and soiled products sent to us will not be accepted for exchange and returned back to the customer.
3) Customised products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
4) Products brought under Clearance sale will not be eligible for return/exchange.
In case a product doesn't fit you comfortably, We would be happy to exchange the same within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. You can exchange it with a different style/size or you can ask for a Credit note instead.
