Return Policy: As this is a made to order piece, the brand does not accept returns, but size replacements are possible. Please initiate replacements from the "My Orders" Section in the App within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product has all tags attached.

In case the product does not fit you/or you don’t like it, you can ship it to us within 14 days and we can either send you a new product or give you a credit note for the same amount.

Here's how you can take care of your BB Pair :

1) Take a damp towel to dust off any dirt residue on your footwear

2) Put them in your own BB shoe bag you receive from us

3) That's it! Just remember: Do not wash your pair!

We, at Bombay Brown specialise in customising footwear. Here are a few examples of the questions that we get from our customers :

- I have a broad feet (size 38) , but length is as per size 37. Would you be able to do it?

- I need a big size. Do you have 44? Or my size is 34, or 21 cm. Do you have that smallest size??

- I like this design but I want it in flats with some extra cushioning! Would you be able to do it?

- I like this design but I want a platform heel in the same. Would you be able to add it?

- I like the footwear, but can I get a block heel instead of this platform heel?

- I want flats, but is it possible to add a thumb separation in it? I find it more comfortable that ways. Can you do it?

We get a lot of such requests and the answer to all of the above is YES! All kinds are customisations are free except adding heels to any flats (Charges are INR 300/-)
